Optimizing resources to ensure the sustainability of the food & beverage industry

Now more than ever, companies are seeking approaches to help them achieve a secure and sustainable food chain. Food producers are trying to develop strong strategies to deal with the challenge of keeping up with increasing populations and ensuring long-term supplies of raw materials. Additionally, they are facing strong public pressure to develop and adhere to transparent and environmentally-friendly practices.

This summit will bring together leading sustainability executives from some of the largest food producers, retailers and suppliers.  We will take a closer look at how sustainability initiatives are being fostered and even acting as a paradigm shift to business as usual.

This year, we will cover key topics including:

• The optimization of raw materials
• Innovation and approaches to the definition of sustainable agriculture
