Our company is committed to protecting your privacy. Visitors can access most information on our site by providing only the most limited data. However, sometimes we need information to maintain contact, provide the requested services and of course to process any purchase. How do we collect your data?

The primary sources are our website, our registration forms, our speaker engagement and obtaining consent from the data subject verbally to begin the process of obtaining ongoing consent.
 

How will we use the information you provide?

The information you provide is being collected by E.N.G. for the purpose of processing your registration, advertising you as a speaker or sponsor, or to answer an enquiry. The provision of this information is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the information requested, we may be unable to process your registration, speaking confirmation, sponsorship or enquiry. All information provided by you will be held in the strictest confidence. E.N.G. is the sole owner of the information collected this site. For marketing purposes your data will only be used by The European Networking Group Spain S.L. unless we are given specific permission otherwise.
 
If you agree to a separate request to share your data with our event partners we will then do so.
 
In order to process your request and maintain data security E.N.G. will need to allow access to our data to our IT provider Netfiesta, our web server host Letshost and our web developer Tom Lyons.
 
In the case of booking of a seat or sponsorship and in some cases speaking engagement we will also need to share data with our providers of Legal, Accounting and Payment Processing, and any appropriate country vat authority including Spain and the host country of the event. These are respectively, Legal (Baker & McKenzie), Accounting (Eurorevision S.L.) and Payment Processing (Ingenico).
 
In the event that any such partner should change, we will update our privacy policy accordingly. Please note we work exclusively with data protection compliant organizations as subcontractors.

 

Marketing

As stated earlier we would like to market our events to you on a continuing basis.  If you have previously consented to marketing or we are sending you marketing materials based on a previous purchase you may opt out at any time by informing us at database@engevents.com. Please provide information by which we can identify you with such a request, such as full name, company and job title.

 

Access to your information or correction

You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold on you.  If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information please email to database@engevents.com stating what information you would like to receive.

E.N.G. takes precautions to protect your information. Access to all of our users' information is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. The servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure environment.  Other sites may contain links to our events and websites granting access to those published materials such as event programmes and speakers names, pictures and biographies
