Revisiting the remarketing value chain to enhance the business and maximise profits

The automotive industry is still immersed in a complex situation, where overcapacity and a context of high discounting are directly impacting sales and profitability. With this challenging new car landscape, optimising the used car business to ensure a strong revenue stream is crucial. During these two days experts will discuss the foreseen automotive climate and economy and how remarketing must evolve to guarantee business performance.

This year’s agenda is structured on the two pillars of the business: remarketing and used cars, clearly distinguishing these core areas and their intrinsic challenges in order to take action to consolidate the used car market. The summit will have an in depth analysis on the steps to be taken to streamline remarketing and to make car programmes more attractive. We will also keep an eye on current facts and figures of residual value estimations and new technological trends.
